1/3-1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER

1 CUP FRESHLY GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

1 CUP SHREDDED PROVOLONE CHEESE

DIRECTIONS:

ROLL EACH BALL IN MELTED BUTTER.

THEN ROLL IN PARMESAN CHEESE.

PLACE HALF THE BALLS IN GREASED TUBE PAN.

SPRINKLE WITH PROVOLONE.

TOP WITH REST OF COATED BALLS.

SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING PARMESAN.

LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE.

BAKE IN A PREHEATED 375 º OVEN 35-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN.

REMOVE FROM PAN.

SERVE WARM.
