1 CAN (16 OUNCES) SOLID PACK PUMPKIN

1/4 TEASPOON SALT

1 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON

1/2 TEASPOON GROUND GINGER

1/4 TEASPOON GROUND CLOVES

1 CAN (12 OUNCES) UNDILUTED EVAPORATED MILK

DIRECTIONS:

PREPARE PIE CRUST ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS FOR FILLED

ONE-CRUST PIE USING 9 INCH PIE PAN.

FLUTE EDGES.

MIX FILLING INGREDIENTS IN ORDER.

POUR INTO CRUST.

BAKE IN PREHEATED 425 º OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES.

REDUCE OVEN TO 350 DEGREES AND BAKE AND ADDITIONAL 40-50

MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED NEAR CENTER COMES OUT

CLEAN.
