QUICK PATE MOLD

1/2 LB. Liverwurst, cut into small pieces

 1-8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese

 2 T. finely chopped onion

 1 t. chicken flavored bouillon

 Parsley, optional

 Assorted crackers

 Party bread

 Directions:

 In a mixer bowl combine liverwurst, cheese, onion and bouillon.

 Beat until smooth.

 Turn into well-oiled 2 cup mold.

 Chill.

Unmold .

 Garnish with parsley, if desired.

 Serve with crackers or bread.
