
Roast Beef Bruschetta
1 loaf French baguette bread, cut into 30 slices
2 T. olive oil
½ c. soft cream cheese with chives and onions
½ lb. thinly sliced cooked roast beef
¼ t. black pepper
4 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
½ c. sliced green onions
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°.
Brush both sides of bread with oil.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake about 5 minutes or until crisp.
Cool 5 minutes.
Spread each slice with cream cheese.
Top with roast beef.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Top with tomato slice and green onions.
Yield: 30 appetizers
