Roast Beef Roll Ups

4 (1/2 inch-thick) slices deli cooked roast beef

6 tbsp. pasteurized process cheese spread with bacon

12 baby dill pickles, well drained

ketchup or mustard, if desired

Directions:

Place beef slices individually on work surface.

Spread each completely with cheese spread.

Place 3 pickles across the short end of each slice. (If necessary, trim the pickles to fit.)

Roll up.

Cut each roll crosswise into 1-inch chunks.

To eat, dip the ketchup or mustard.

(Try other condiments as a dipping sauce.)
