Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Spread with Veggies
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 oz. garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
¼ c. finely chopped drained roasted red bell peppers
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
finely chopped fresh parsley
assorted raw vegetables and crackers

Directions:
Mix 3 ounces cream cheese, the spreadable cheese, Parmesan cheese an bell peppers until blended.
Shape mixture into cone shape.
Place upright on serving plate.
Frost cone with 8 ounces cream cheese.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve spread with vegetable and crackers.
Yield: 16 servings
