3 TBSP. CHOPPED RED ONION

2 TBSP. CAPERS, DRAINED

6 OZ. SALMON LOX (18 SLICES)

¼ C. CHOPPED RED BELL PEPPER

CHOPPED FRESH DILL, IF DESIRED

DIRECTIONS:

HEAT OVEN TO 400º.

PLACE BREAD SLICES ON COOKIE SHEET.

BAKE 4-5 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRISP.

TOP WITH ONION, CAPERS, LOX, AND BELL PEPPER.

SPRINKLE WITH DILL WEED.
