CRUMBS, FLOUR, OR MEAL FOR DREDGING

DIRECTIONS:

SAUTÉ ONIONS AND PEPPER IN 2 TABLESPOONS OIL.

MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT DREDGING MIXTURE.

SHAPE INTO PATTIES.

ADD PATTIES TO ADDITIONAL HOT OIL .

            SAUTÉ ABOUT FIVE MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWNED ON BOTH SIDES.
