2 POUNDS BULK BREAKFAST SAUSAGE (PREFERABLY HOT)

1-1/2 CUPS BAKING MIX (BISQUICK)

16 OUNCES SHREDDED CHEESE

1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONION

1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED CELERY (IF DESIRED)

1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER

DIRECTIONS:

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS THOROUGHLY.

FORM INTO SMALL BALLS.

PLACE BALLS ON A SPRAYED BAKING SHEET.

BAKE AT 375 °FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN.
