Sausage Cups

1 lb. sausage

1  pkg. wonton wrappers, (found in produce section)

1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 c. ranch dressing

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Crumble sausage in skillet and cook over medium heat until no longer pink.

Drain.

Spray mini muffin tins and insert wrappers to form a small cup.

Bake 5 minutes.

Allow wrappers to cool.

Mix sausage, cheeses and ranch dressing together.

Fill wrappers.

Bake 10 minutes until bubbly.

Yield:  30 sausage cups
