Shrimp Deviled Eggs II

6 hard cooked eggs

2 medium green onions, thinly slice

¼ c. mayonnaise

1 T. white vinegar

¼ t. salt

¼ t. red pepper sauce

½ c. chopped cooked shrimp

1 T. cocktail sauce

Directions:

Halve the eggs lengthwise.

Place yolks in bowl.

Mash yolks with a fork until smooth.

Reserve 1 teaspoon green part of onion for garnish.

Stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, salt pepper sauce, and remaining green onions into mashed yolks.

Fold in shrimp.

Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.

Just before serving, top with cocktail sauce and reserved onion.

Yield: 1 dozen
