2 eggs
½ c. flour
4 tbsp. margarine
½ c. milk
¼ tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 400º.
Melt margarine in oven in cast iron skillet.
Swirl margarine around so sides are coated.
Mix eggs, flour, milk and salt with whisk.
Pour batter into hot pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
