Smoked Liverwurst and Cream Cheese Spread
1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. smoked liverwurst
Mustard (Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard would be all that!!)
(Caution! Very very spicy!)
Directions:
Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.
Combine cream cheese with liverwurst and blend with fork until spreadable.
Add mustard to taste.
Yield: 32 hors d’oeuvres
