Smoked Salmon Chips
24 assorted unbroken vegetable chips (such as Yukon gold potatoes, blue potato, beets, sweet potatoes, and taro
4 oz. thinly sliced smoked salmon cut into 24 pieces
3 T. crème fraîche or sour cream
2 T. snipped chives
Directions:
Arrange chips on a platter.
Top each chip with a piece of smoked salmon, a small dollop of crème fraîche, and chives.
Yield: 8 serving (3 per person)
