1 PACKAGE KNORR’S VEGETABLE SOUP MIX

              1 PKG. FROZEN SPINACH, THAWED AND DRAINED WELL

(Chopped broccoli can be used!)

1 C. SOUR CREAM

1 C. HELLMANN’S MAYONNAISE

3 SCALLIONS, CHOPPED

3 DASHES HOT SAUCE (OR MORE)

Directions:

 IN A MEDIUM BOWL, MIX ALL INGREDIENTS.

REFRIGERATE TO ALLOW FLAVORS TO BLEND.

TO SERVE:

 HOLLOW OUT BREAD AND SPOON DIP INTO HOLLOW.

                            USE THE BREAD THAT WAS HOLLOWED OUT AND RAW VEGETABLES AS CRUDITÉS.

0N A PLATTER, ARRANGE RAW CAULIFLOWER AND OR

                     BROCCOLI IN A CIRCLE TO LOOK LIKE A WREATH.

USE STRIPS OF PIMIENTO TO REPRESENT A BOW.

PUT DIP IN CENTER OF WREATH.
