Three Cheese Ball

2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. each)

1 c. shredded sharp cheese

¾ c. crumbled blue cheese

1 small onion, minced

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

¼ c. parsley, chopped or sunflower nuts

Assorted crackers, if desired

Directions:

        Beat cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce with an electric mixer on low speed until blended.

Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, until fluffy.

Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours.

Shape cheese mixture into 1 large or 2 small balls or logs.

Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.

Serve with crackers.

Yield: 3½ cups
