Three-Onion Spread
2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 c. chopped sweet onion
1 c. red onion, copped
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1-8oz. tub soft cream cheese with chives and onions
assorted crackers and breadsticks/crudités
Directions:
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
Cook onions in oil about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
Stir in parsley and cream cheese until smooth.
Spoon into serving dish.
Serve warm or cold with crackers.
