Tuddie’s Short Ribs of Beef

Short Ribs of Beef

1 onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

1 bottle barbeque sauce

hot sauce, to taste

garlic powder

onion powder

soy sauce

salt and pepper

 

Directions:

 

         Boil short ribs in seasoned water until tender.

 

 

              Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients.

 

 

             When short ribs are tender, drain them.

 

 

                 Place short ribs in a baking pan and pour sauce all over.

 

 

Cover with foil.

 

 

                  Bake at 350º for 45 minutes, turning

once or twice.   

 

 

           Check for tenderness using a fork.
