GRADE 5 NEWS

Tdap and Meningitis immunizations are  mandatory for all New Jersey grade 5 students who will be going into 6th grade next school year.  Mrs. Sanderson, Robbins school nurse,  sent home notices in November and again in December.

Please note that students will be excluded from middle school by the middle school nurse if requirements are not met.

Parents must bring proof of immunization (shot record ) to the Robbins School nurse so that medical record can be
up-dated before it gets forward to the middle schools.
